Pay is through the Private Duty Medicaid program (www.emedny.org) and/or a contract with the school district during school days/hours.

Happy, easy going, very loved young woman with CP and developmental delay. 100% g-tube fed. Assistance with all ADLs. Walks with assistance, communicates with sign and iPad app. Wheelchair for long distances.

You will need:

NPI#, Medicaid billing#, resume, references, covid & flu vaccination, school required background check (if working school hours).
