Customer Service Position (Salem, OR)
Assist existing customers with new and repeat printing orders Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
It is preferred if you have previous printing company work experience, however we are willing to train the right applicant.
Searching for a team player who values communication and a desire to learn and advance.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Handling phone calls and emails.
- Order entry and workflow management.
- Data entry and invoicing.
- Frequent use of Microsoft office products, including Outlook, Access, and Excel.
- Use of PrintSmith job management software.
- Organize data.
