Manage the MCI Cleaning housekeeping and floor maintenance program within all assigned accounts to consistently exceed customers expectations. Actively pursue excellence in customer satisfaction and people development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to on-call needs. Hire and train employees in their job according to company standards.

Ensure that employees know an understand company rules, security procedures and proper chemical usage.

Provide support to employees as needed to make their job easy and satisfying.

Demonstrate good two-way communication skills daily.

Invoke the MCI Cleaning Services Team Spirit- make all employees an active part of the team.

Schedule all project work and cleaning assignments in responsible accounts.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Demonstrate to all customers and fellow employees a sincere concern and interest in each customer and in the service provided to each customer. Customer complaints and requests must be effectively handled within 8 hours. Ensure that all equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products entrusted in your care are carefully handled and maintained and that any equipment malfunction is promptly corrected .

ADMINISTRATION Spot check and ensure accurate and timely payroll data is recorded. Maintain accurate and confidential customer and employee files according to personnel standards. Contribute to the improvement of Operate in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures or initiate action to change them. Effective communication at all times.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE:

The Zone Supervisor is performing satisfactorily when:

Employee orientation sheets are completed within three days of hiring.

Perform all customer contacts/account inspections sheet completed daily to 75% minimum target. '

Weekly audits to be completed daily to 75% minimum target.

All audits to be reviewed with crews within one week, depending on urgency.

If urgent immediate reinspection to follow up that night at account to correct deficiencies.

Cleaning and disposing supplies and equipment are kept at acceptable limits in 80% of accounts. MCIs uniform to be neatly worn by clean, well-groomed manager and all crews.

A concern is demonstrated for quality work and customers satisfaction both in word and deed, especially through effective response to high-risk accounts.

Feedback on customers complaints and requests is given to Operations Supervisor or manager the next day.

BACK OFFICE RESPONSIBILTIES:

Floor maintenance quality evaluated with each account visit and corrected as required.

Participate 100% in weekly accountability meetings.

Participate in all company training.

Maintaining labor budgets in assigned facilities Maintain selling, shipping and inventory of paper sales in facilities assigned.
