Office Assistant Position - Towing Company
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our Lone Star City Towing company team. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Compensation:
Weekly pay in cash: $300 - $400, depending on experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry to maintain company records and documentation.
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately while managing inquiries and scheduling services.
Effectively multitask to handle various administrative duties and support day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy work environment
Prior experience in an office or administrative role is a plus, but it is not required.
