HOME HEALTH AIDE

Job Description:

HHA to assist client with personal care and daily living activities for 1 hour a day, 3x a week (MWF)

Responsibilities:

Help client with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.

Assist with daily activities Including: cleaning, laundry (1W), Meal preparation, Assist with medications, Dressing, etc.

Performing basic health care services for patients.

Making transportation arrangements as needed.

Observing and reporting on patient's condition.

Assisting client with transferring or repositioning (walking/ambulation, and exercise).
