Shop Mechanic

Anderson Landscape & Maintenance LLC is looking for a talented and qualified individual(s) to perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and major repairs to our fleet of trucks and equipment. We are a well diversified company providing a host of services in the landscape, waste & recycling, and demolition industries.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

Conduct regular PM's on all trucks and equipment as outlined by the respective equipment manufacture

Plan and complete needed and emergency repairs with operations staff and management

Aid crew leads with planning for upcoming projects by insuring needed equipment is in working order

Perform diagnostic tests and possess experience with appropriate diagnostic tools

Maintain reports and records for repairs completed, account for hours, and materials /parts

Maintain a parts inventory and cleanliness of the shop & grounds

Field repairs as the need arises.

Our ideal candidate would posses a mixture of the following credentials/certifications:

A motivated self starter with strong time management skills

Valid drivers license (CDL required for heavy truck repair)

ASE Certification

Experience with CAT equipment and engines, Kubota & Cummins Engines

Experience with GM/Chevy/ RAM light / medium duty trucks

Small engine repair

Compensation:

$20-$45.00 per hour depending on skill, experience, qualifications, and certifications

Flexible scheduling

Overtime

Full and part time positions are available.
