Heavy Diesel and Equipment Mechanic
Emergency Environmental Services, LLC is an environmental contractor specializing in hazardous materials response and remediation. We have a diverse fleet of vacuum tankers, air movers, roll off trucks, dump trucks, and dry vans, excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, and skid steers which keep our 24/7/365 business running. As our fleet mechanic you will be issued a company mechanics truck to drive, and commute to and from the home and the office with. Schedule would be Monday through Friday 6AM to roughly 4-6PM, with few but occasional weekend requirements. You must be okay with being mobile at times. We are currently based in a 4 acre paved facility with a 3 bay shop, 2 of which would be dedicated to performing repairs and maintenance, multiple swamp coolers are dedicated to the space. This position is a full time position with full benefits. We have paid holidays, vacation, and sick time along with a competitive health insurance plan which includes medical, dental and vision insurance. We also have available 401K plans with a company match. We are willing to pay top dollar for an EXPERIENCED mechanic. Overtime is paid after 40 hours, and in this position you can expect to work 50-60 hours weekly. We do not cut corners and like things operating the right way; thus, fixed the right way. Ability to perform federal annual inspections will be a great plus. Pay for this position will be based on experience, abilities, and training. You will also be partnered with another mechanic that we have on staff. There will be a 30 day period to evaluate your abilities. Again we will pay top dollar for an experienced diesel and equipment mechanic.
