Service Plumber Technician – Commercial/Residential

Responsibilities include repairing pipes, tanks, and water fixtures, unclogging toilets and drains, and handling various residential & commercial plumbing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
Always Obeying health and safety codes.
Performing inspections and providing advice to client.
Selecting the most cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.
Working alongside electricians, construction workers, and other professionals.
Providing time and cost estimates beforehand.
Communicating effectively with clients, especially when a job is taking longer than expected.
Being always polite and respectful of clients and their homes.

Competencies:
A completed apprenticeship.
Must be on time and at a specified client location as assigned.
Valid, current, unencumbered driver's license.
Good driving record with no major violations.
Attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience in a similar environment.
Experience:
Preferred:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plumber focusing on residential and Commercial.
Basic computer skills. Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
