Led by Chef Eric Bost (auburn and Republique in Los Angeles, Restaurant Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée), Campfire is a community gathering place, a 180-seat restaurant that harnesses elemental live-fire techniques with a sophisticated yet rustic approach to New American cooking with elegant, vibrant, and seasonal flavors. At Campfire, we aim to celebrate the spirit of our name, in which friends and loved ones gather around a fire to share food, drink and stories. Our culinary approach is reflective of this desire, and our wood-fired cookery evokes a sense of time and place, with the California coasts, deserts, and forests serving as constant sources of inspiration.
