Admin. Assistant
We are actively looking for the right candidate to add to our office team! The Administrative Assistant will interact with customers, providing them with company information and resolving any issues or complaints to their satisfaction. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service as well as effectively communicating and collaborating with fellow employees and management.
Roles and Responsibilities: Communicate with customers by telephone, email or text to answer their questions and provide information regarding the company’s services. Quoting service rates to potential clients. Assist in coordinating routes and jobs for technicians and work crews. Receive and enter customer information, service agreements, and maintain account information using the computer system. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve all customer complaints while maintaining good customer relations.
Qualifications and Skills: High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Minimum 2 years office/customer service experience. Previous termite report writing preferred, but not necessary. Bilingual a huge plus! Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer care while remaining professional and courteous at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
