Develop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve preventative maintenance sales goals
Monitor completed construction jobs to be prepared for PM contracts once warranty period has been completed
Attend service meetings & site surveys for estimation details
Develop preventative maintenance scopes, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposals
Maintain CRM tracking
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTo best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:
3-5 years of recent automation sales / support experience preferred
Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred
Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred
Knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style
