We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing large-scale programs in the government contracting industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and executing large-scale programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and processes.

Monitor program progress and performance and identify and mitigate risks and issues.

Provide leadership and guidance to program team members, motivating and inspiring them to achieve program goals.

Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Make informed decisions and solve problems to ensure the successful delivery of programs.

Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules.

Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders.

Continuously improve program management processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering) is required; a master's degree is preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in program management, preferably supporting Department of the Navy programs.

Clearance: Active Secret Required

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs (>$50M) and leading cross-functional teams.

Background and experience managing large-scale materials procurements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to travel locally (DMV) up to 25% of the time.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Navy Afloat programs

Experience and knowledge with manufacturing operations
