Payroll Analyst
Our client is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a remote opportunity. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the U.S. Payroll Team by ensuring efficient and timely payroll processing, managing employee tax withholding elections, and overseeing the delivery of net payments and garnishments.Job Title: Payroll AnalystLocation: RemoteShift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM ESTQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or a related fieldProficiency in WorkdayStrong skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)At least 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR, or a related areaR esponsibilities:Collaborate with various departments to resolve daily issuesAddress payroll-related issues promptly and in compliance with regulationsEnsure payroll deadlines are met in accordance with internal controls and processing requirementsWork with HR sites to guarantee timely and accurate employee paymentsPrepare ad-hoc payments and pay adjustments for both ON-cycle and OFF-cycle payrollGenerate import files for ON-cycle and OFF-cycle payroll processingResearch and resolve employee inquiries and requestsHandle payroll-related inquiries from the Employee Service CenterGenerate payroll reports to fulfill ad-hoc and pay period requestsKey Competencies:Strong attention to detail and the ability to plan, organize, and manage timelinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on effectively managing challenging situationsComfortable working with large volumes of numerical and text data, including metrics and spreadsheetsBasic knowledge of U.S. payroll is advantageous but not requiredIf this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
