Job Responsibilities include:

Manage a team of landscapers, ensuring efficiency in all operations

Oversee scheduling, job organization, and quality control for landscape projects

Coordinate materials management and client interactions

Perform and supervise property maintenance, landscape installation, and project completion

Lead tasks like hardscape installation, grading, planting, mulching, sodding, and snow removal

Manage landscape construction and maintenance, including both planting and hardscaping

Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring readiness for daily use (skid steers, excavators, dump trucks, trailers, etc.)

Perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed

Supervise truck/trailer setups, ensuring all tools and supplies are prepared for landscape installation and maintenance

CDL is a plus but not required

Essential Job Functions:

While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly exposed to outdoor environmental conditions including extreme heat and wintry conditions

Bending and carrying tools or other items may be required

Employee should be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
