In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Provide information and updates to customers regarding service calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role is a plus
- Quick Books Knowledge and Experience is also a plus
