LPN needed

I am looking to hire an LPN for a special needs boy in his home. Comparable pay! He weighs 68lbs, 49” long and has a lot of equipment. There is a daily routine that consists of multiple breathing treatments, G-tube feeds and flushes every 2 hours, trach suctioning, multiple medications. He is non verbal and needs total assistance. Has a vent for night time and would need monitored closely for temperature, seizures and respiratory distress. Shift would be 7am to 5pm 2-3 days a week but may end up being an evening shift.
