Description:You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Arlington. Our team is responsible for supporting the contractual execution of various contracts, including Development, Production, and Post Production.What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Planner Associate, you will be responsible for the scheduling and Bill of Materials (BOM) planning in the Production, Planning and Control organization. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and contracts administration Scheduling and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders Traveling and/or communication to all production sites and vendor locationsWork outside of normal operating hours may be required.Why Join UsDo you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
