Knife Pleat is a Michelin Starred restaurant in Costa Mesa.
We are seeking experienced Line Cooks and Pastry Cooks to join our existing team of dedicated, passionate and professional staff members. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years working in an upscale restaurant kitchen.
The skill set we are seeking include prep, light butchery, cleanliness, organization, pastry basics and a desire to expand their knowledge of fine dining. Please reply with your name and position interested along with resume and cover letter.
