Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Catering Sales Manager to lead and grow our catering business. You will be responsible for driving event bookings, building client relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of catered events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve catering revenue goals.
Actively pursue new business through outreach, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community organizations.
Collaborate with clients to design tailored catering packages that align with their vision and budget.
Work closely with the culinary and events team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality management is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Locally we have a great dining space, we also have the ability to host many kinds of events.
You must be able to use a computer, enter activity in a simple CRM.
