Construction Laborer/Novice

We are looking for a construction carpenter who is motivated and willing to be a part of our team. The duties and responsibilities are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. Includes apprenticeship training for advancement.

Carpenter Responsibilities:

Demolition

Jobsite protection

Snow removal

Move building materials

Assist with all construction aspects

Jobsite cleaning

Organize jobsite

Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties

Follow instructions from supervisors

Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes

Loading and unloading materials and equipment

Carpenter Requirements:

Basic hand tools and safety gear.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to follow tasks efficiently to finish.

Time management skills.

Follow all company policies and systems.

Reliable transportation.

Follow all safety rules and procedures.

Positive attitude.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs.

Capable of working long hours and in harsh weather conditions.

Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and rigging.
