Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement therapy sessions tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals. Your work will directly contribute to creating positive change in the lives of children and families by fostering skill development, overcoming behavioral challenges, and building confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as designed by the BCBA.
Provide 1:1 therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings.
Track and document client progress during sessions.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support skill development across environments.
Ensure a positive, engaging, and supportive experience for each client.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
Experience working with children (experience in ABA or with autism spectrum disorders is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Reliable transportation to client locations as needed.
