Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various hospitality positions. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure a perfect match.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties
