Upscale Home Construction and Real Estate Sales and Property Management company is looking to hire someone to assist in daily operations and follow through activities. This includes following up with customer/tenant requests, filling out work orders, scheduling maintenance, new lease management and lease renewals, insurance tracking, filing, organization of office functions, vendor payments, communications.

Applicant must demonstrate a high level of follow through and completion of work ability and attitude to get the job done.

Applicants that are approved after the phone or an in person interview will be required to take a EOCC approved Kolbe index.

Working Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am -3pm in person office time and 1-2 hours of Flex Time at home on Fridays.
