Better Living Through Coffee. Part time job in an all organic cafe. We are serious about coffee and some knowledge or curiosity about coffee and nutrition would be a good fit. We are located in downtown Port Townsend on the water and serve locals year-round along with tourists in the summer. The job includes working the espresso machine, customer interaction, cleaning, a little food prep, and all other things needed to run a small coffeehouse. Must be available to work weekends. Pay Scale:
Barista starting pay: $16.28 per hour + tips
Raise 1: at 6 month review: $17.28 per hour + tips
Raise 2: at 1 year review: $18.00 per hour + tips
Raise 3: at 1.5 year review: $19.00 per hour + tips
Raise 4: at 2 year review: $20.00 per hour + tips
All raises are pending employee evaluations.
