Job Summary:As a Budtender at Carters Cannabis, you'll not only provide exceptional customer experiences in retail cannabis sales but also contribute to the creative backbone of our brand. From craftinguniquechalkboard signage towritingengaging blog posts for our website, your skills will shine. Standard budtending duties;including inventory management, store upkeep, and understanding & enforcing cannabis regulations are key to our team's harmony.
Key Responsibilities:
Provideoutstanding customer service, guiding clients through our cannabis offerings
Design visually appealing chalkboard signage to showcase products and promotions
Contribute to our online presence by writing engaging blog posts for the company website
Manage inventory, process sales, and maintain acleanstore environment
Help educate the consumer and the industry about products and relay accurate information.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and foster a supportive, entrepreneurial mindset
Requirements:
Age Requirement:21+ years of age
Business Acumen:Understanding of sales principles and business operations
Computer Skills:Basic operation and understanding of computers/software
Communication& Customer ServiceSkills:Excellent customer service as well as verbal and written communication skills; good handwriting a plus
Cannabis Knowledge:Passion for cannabis preferred; willingness to learn and grow with our team
Social Media Savviness:Must display knowledge of most-used Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior budtending experience (eligible for $18/hr starting wage)
Proven sales track record
Experience with creative writing or design
A drive to grow and build a brand or business of your own.
