Construction work/ potential long term hire DEMO+FRAMING+Lay Steel

For this job I need someone who has experience in commercial construction doing demo of walls, floor, and ceiling/roof. The first day of work involves removing already broken concrete floor and loading into a truck for junk hauling. This will be done with a team. After that, you will be responsible for demoing walls, floor, ceiling and roof of a commercial building. You must have experience in this type of demo. The next phase of this project involves laying steel. You must have experience in laying steel. Then next phase of this project includes framing of walls. You must have experience in framing. Before hiring I will call you to talk about your experience and confirm that you know what you are doing. This work for this particular job is to take place in Santa Cruz, CA, I will give you the exact address when we speak on the phone. If you are able to prove that you can do good work and work well with a team, a permanent position will be offered with the majority of work being done near Palo Alto. Must speak English well enough to communicate and provide own transportation. Must have social security number.
