Laborer/Property Maintenance

We are seeking to fill a general laborer position within our Galactic Estates property management team. The specs of the current offering we are looking to fill:

General Tasks:

Lawn care/landscaping

Groundskeeping

Painting

Basic and preventative maintenance

Apartment renovation tasks

General cleaning

Trash pickup

Shoveling

Heavy lifting

Must have's:

Phone

Reliable transportation

Basic hand tools

Driver's license

Pride in their work

Ability to work at supervisor direction and complete assigned tasks independently or with a team

Workplace environment:

You will be working in and around multi-family buildings in Manchester, NH - Concord, NH.

Wages:

$18-24 based on skill level and experience.
