Looking for motivated individuals to help fill multiple Supervisor Positions in both Wayne and Lyndhurst NJ.

12-18 Months Minimal Experience Required, pay very competitive ranging from $19-$22 an hour! Full and Part time hours available. Speedy Interview and hiring process! Come be part of a fast growing and fun environment!

Some Responsibilities Include:

-Collaborate with the store manager, lead great shifts, support employees and inspire

best moments for all customers and employees

-Set priorities by leveraging existing tools and resources to determine roles and

delegate tasks

-Look for ways to drive the profitability of the store, sending employees home when

the business trends are not meeting expectations.

-Show up with a positive attitude and ready to motivate and inspire the employees to

do their best

-Communicate effectively with Store Manager and responsive.

-Inspire and motivate the store team to make every moment right for our customers

and employees, including pre-empting and adapting to any potential issues and

addressing/resolving any that arise to optimize the customer experience

-Identify teachable moments to share best practices with the team

-Seeing challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement to drive operational

excellence

-Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and

closing duties

-Provide quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by

adhering to all recipe and presentation standards

-Understand, enforce and practice all health, safety and sanitation standards

-Show up on time and at least 5 minutes early to your shifts ready to work.

-Is Available for all day parts and weekends

-Must speak fluent English
