The role of Equipment Yard Associate 1 will be primarily pulling orders from our warehouse space and checking each pull list for accuracy. They will load trucks, with the aid of a forklift, properly and safely. Upon completion of a successful project, they will unload the returning truck and make sure each item is returned and inventoried for the next event. Valid Driver’s License and an Insurable Driving Record – While most of the candidates’ work will be taking place in a single location, there are times that an employee may be required to either go pick up supplies or take additional equipment to a job site.
Reliable Transportation – Our busy season tends to be exactly that. It is expected that employees will be present and ready to work at the discussed start time for every day they are scheduled and possess the ability to work all scheduled shifts.
Willingness to learn – This industry has many similarities to neighboring industries, but it also has key differences. The ideal employee will come in with an open mind and a desire to learn the facets of how this position fits into the event industry, possess the ability to follow detailed procedures and adhere to the company’s standard operating practices

We pull multiple complex orders a day and load them on trucks, bound for wherever the action is!

This is a physically demanding position, we move staging materials primarily made of steel and plywood.
Heavy lifting is guaranteed. Must be able to work hard and remain disciplined till the task is complete.
