Non-profit International Adoption Agency, soon to celebrate 50 years of business, is looking for passionate, mission driven, detail-oriented, computer savvy person to join our team to help support our 6 agency offices.
This position includes a variety of administrative tasks including directing phone calls of international adoption questions to various staff, helping with administrative projects, state licensing, maintaining personnel files to all agency staff, supply ordering, basic IT, website updates, organize training. WA State Notary a plus.

Qualifications
Office Management experience
Clerical skills with strong attention to details
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of human resources practices
Event planning and supervising experience
WA State Certified Notary Public a plus
Family Adoption experience a plus
Speak another language a plus
Job Type: Part-Time 36 hours
Pay: $20.00 per hour
