Rooster & Owl and Ellie Birdis currently looking for an experienced Corporate Pastry Chef. We are a small family run business that focuses on cooking great food and cultivating a great culture. The position will be critical in the pastry program in both restaurants and has the opportunity to lead and mentor junior cooks in pastry prep and production; other perks include insurance, accrued PTO, and bonus program. Rooster & Owl has garnered plenty of recognition both locally and nationally the past two years. A Michelin Star in 2021 and 2022, #2 on Washington Post Dining Guide, Essential 38 from Eater DC, Semi-Finalist from James Beard for Best New Restaurant, and multiple RAMMY nominations just to name a few.
