Full Time Maintenance Tech

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to be responsible for performing maintenance on rental community. Will report directly to property manager.

Qualifications and experience required:

Work order /repairs

-Ability to perform general maintenance repairs interior and exterior on property.

-Make ready units prior to move in.

-Knowledge of basic hand tools, and proper usage.

-Ability to lift more than 50lbs.

-Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property

- HVAC License

-Basic plumbing and some electrical.

-Bilingual Spanish/English also ability to use email.

-Comfortable working both indoor and outdoor, in varying weather conditions.
