We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mobile home park. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive living experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Park Operations: Manage all aspects of park operations, including enforcing community rules, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Tenant Relations: Provide excellent customer service, address resident inquiries, handle disputes, and foster a sense of community within the park.
Leasing & Marketing: Oversee leasing activities, show homes to prospective residents, process applications, and maintain a high occupancy rate.
Financial Management: Collect rent, manage budgets, and control operating expenses.
Maintenance Coordination: Monitor the condition of the park, ensure timely completion of repairs, and maintain common areas to a high standard.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Negotiate contracts and supervise work performed by third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
Experience in property management preferred, preferably within mobile home parks or similar residential communities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a diverse community environment.
Bilingual skills [if applicable].
