PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Overnight Supervisor oversees the direction and administration of Front Office, Rooms Reservations and Housekeeping departments. During the overnight hours, the Overnight Supervisor must ensure the safety and security of the facilities and overnight guests. The Overnight Supervisor is responsible for representing the brand, supporting the department in achieving the operational and financial goals, maintaining the facilities in accordance with our standards, and ensuring high member and guest satisfaction.
