Lawn & Snow Crew Member
Reliakor Services, exterior property maintenance company based out of Shakopee. Several branches of service including, but not limited too. Asphalt repair, seal coating, line striping, pressure washing, interior & exterior sweeping, lawncare, hardscapes, and snow removal.
- 1+ years of Commercial and Residential mowing experience
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of mowers, trimmers, edgers, and various hand tools.
- Ability to coordinate and lead a ground maintenance crew if needed.
- Responsible for and willingness abide by company's policy and procedures.
- Ability to communicate to customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum
- Candidates should have a positive attitude, hard working and organized individual to work safely in a fast pace team environment.
- Candidates must be on time and dependable with strong work ethic
- Position will be full-time from April to November and on call during the winter season for snow removal.
- Snow plowing experience with a truck or skidsteer
- Candidates are willing to apply for Class A, E pesticide and fertilizer licenses
- Competitive wages based on experience
Job Type: Full-time 40+ hours per week
Salary: $18.00 - $26.00/hour. (Summer)
Salary: $24.00 - $33.00+/hour (Winter)
We will pay accordingly for CDL license and experience.
