Administrative Assistant
Rosen’s Inc. is an Agricultural chemical distributor. We are actively searching for a highly motivated, hardworking, reliable individual to immediately fill the Administrative Assistant position in our Lincoln Warehouse. We are an agriculture chemical distributer so our work schedule varies throughout the year. April through mid-July is our busy season and requires a working schedule Monday through Friday 7 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 7 am to 11 am. From mid-July through March the schedule consists of Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Benefits include paid vacation, health, dental and vision insurance after 90 days. 401k is available after 6 months.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Serve as first contact assisting customer/sales needs
Distribute incoming calls and messages efficiently
Assist sales crew with checking available inventory
Create early orders and print ship tickets
Accurately track inventory daily
Other duties as assigned by management
WORK REQUIREMENTS
High school education or equivalent experience
Prior office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other windows-based programs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Must have valid driver’s license
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
Customer service skills required via phone, email and in-person
