24 hour shifts-must be able to work independently. Multi task and be proactive. Must be able to cook, clean and provide care for up to 6 elderly patients. Pay is a shift rate per 24 hour shift, depending on experience and license with guaranteed 8 hours of sleep. (THIS IS A PER SHIFT RATE OF PAY NOT PER HOUR!) working 2 shifts for me is almost equal to driving everyday 5 days a week to regular 8 hour shift job. This type of position isn’t for everyone but for my employees they love it as it gives them time during the week to pursue other things. $350/shift. You sleep onsite. Meals provided. Must know how to cook, clean, organize, be self motivated with excellent time management skills and and a love of the elderly. 24 hour shifts are 10 am-10:30 am.

Awake Night Shift-Care of one resident in the night that requires extra attention, medication management and redirection. Provides assistance to other residents occasionally in the night AND Meal prep, light cleaning, cook breakfast, other basic resident tasks- 10pm-8 am.

We can provide free CNA classes and all specialty certificates for free for the right motivated employee. Job includes patient care of up to 6 elderly residents, cleaning, organizing, med pass and cooking, interacting with the elderly, families and outside providers. Fun home like environment.
