Employee focused.JOB SUMMARYJob Profile SummaryThe Maintenance Scheduler acts as a liaison between the maintenance, operations and engineering teams, scheduling maintenance for corrections, prevention, outages and site improvement projects. They will ensure the equipment and necessary personnel are available for maintenance activities to take place.Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Review actual versus planned work order reports to assure effectiveness of scheduling process, and to identify problem areas if any in completing work as planned.

Interact with the manager/supervisor and technicians to plan, manage and coordinate compliance-related preventative maintenance, including repair and overhaul of equipment.

Develop weekly maintenance work schedule based on materials availability, priority of request(s), production considerations and maintenance personnel availability.

Coordinate necessary resources, including parts, tools and employees for work-related tasks associated with operations, maintenance and construction projects within area of responsibility.

Prepare scope of work, work orders and project plan and communicate reports and findings.

Gather and compile feedback from key stakeholder groups for on-going process improvement.

Responsible for assisting in development of facility training programs and for the maintenance management system and coordinating to create and assign all work orders.

H.S. Diploma

Work Experience

Experience and training related to:

MMS Applications and other technical software

Gas/NGL/Storage processing fundamentals

Governmental regulations and electric codes

Company/governmental operating and safety procedures

Emergency response procedures

Experience training, directing, and/or supervising; working knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.

Experience with required maintenance for operating facilities, planning and scheduling, facility turn-arounds or similar activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of: maintenance related to mechanical, instrumentation and electrical functions.

Ability to: research, compile and prepare job orders, reports, budgets and correspondence.

Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information or instructions.

Ability to: apply math and algebraic formulas.

Ability to: utilize a strong attention to detail while working with competing priorities.

Ability to: manage projects and adhere to timelines.
