Program/Project Analyst Location OH - Dayton Job Code 12501 # of openings 1 Apply Now (https://phg.tbe.taleo.net/phg04/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=AKIMEKATECH&cws=43&rid=12501) The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Program/Project Analyst to support the 711th Human Performance Wing (HPW) located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB) in Dayton, OH. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

Demonstrate excellent communications and facilitation skills while performing the duties of this role, as well as the ability to work and complete assignments independently.

Shall be logged into Air Force Teams during their work hours when practicable and display ann accurate status indicator while logged in.

Provide analyst expertise to support operations within the medical funded Human Performance Research portfolio.

Access and conduct all necessary actions in various DoD systems (to include, but not limited to AFRL Work Unit App, AFRL PM App, PMRT, PDAA, Share Drive, SharePoint, etc.) to ensure R&D portfolio records management and requests for information compliance. Ensure entries are reviewed and cataloging is completed with quality assurance and 100% accuracy.

Work with a team of program managers, finance, contracting, business analysts, scientists, engineers, clinicians, research assistants, and other support contractors to collect and store project / program data relevant to meet DoD and AFRLI records management policy and research program needs.

Employ the skillset to support the records management process to include, but not limited to distribution and storage of project level artifacts (data, reports, correspondence) and multiple contract data requirements list (CDRL) deliverables across multiple contracts.

Ensure discovered problems/issues are clearly defined and the necessary corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner and/or risk a mitigation measure is in place to support research project(s) execution.

Ability to thrive in a team environment yet be able to complete assigned tasks independently or with minimal guidance from team leaders.

Possess organizational skills; the ability to achieve set goals; initiative in performing assigned tasks; ability to multi-task; and ability to interact professionally.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION :

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, data analytics, science, or technical field is required.

Master’s Degree in the areas of business administration, public administration, project management, data management, systems engineering, computer engineering, information systems, computer science, and/or technical field is Highly desired.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

2 years of demonstrated experience in project analyst role within a research, development, and/or product testing work environment.

Experience to demonstrate the ability to synthesis quantitative and qualitative program /project data to inform briefings and reports for higher level leadership.

Demonstrated experience with applied technical skills in using computer hardware/software and IT applications.

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency in developing and managing spreadsheets, databases, tables, graphs, and processing large amounts of data.

Demonstrate the ability to implement records management skills to include establishing/maintaining order and systems for program/project data; and ensuring compliance with regulation requirements.

Prior Military experience.

Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

Experience with electronic Program Management systems or applications.

Demonstrated experience working in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) environment.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE :

U.S. Citizen

Must be able to pass a Tier 1 background check.
