Provide technical and maintenance support to Minster's customers with their metal forming equipment

Commission new and remanufactured metal forming equipment in customer's plants

Audit customers' metal forming equipment and report all repair requirements found

Provide written and oral reports in English in an accurate and professional manner

Promote service offerings - training, parts, equipment upgrades, and service agreements with customers

Work flexible hours to support customer service needs

Build rapport with customers to enhance customer experience

Extensive travel required with ≥ 75% of the travel being in the Michigan region

Field Service Job Qualifications:

Knowledge of machinery mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and maintenance processes

Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

Able to work effectively with minimal supervision

Excellent communication skills are a must to effectively communicate with customer, engineers and technical support personnel

Candidates must be Michigan region residents or willing to relocate to the Michigan region

Ideal Candidate would be located near Detroit, Lansing or Grand Rapids
