Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs promptly.

Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.

Operate cash registers and handle transactions with precision.

Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.

Assist in setting up for banquets and catering events, ensuring all details are attended to for a seamless experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Uphold the restaurant's standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.

Skills in bartending or knowledge of beverage preparation are advantageous.

Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and transactions are essential.

Understanding of food safety regulations is required to maintain health standards within the restaurant.

Experience with banquet or catering services is beneficial for those interested in event-focused roles.
