Serve as the point of contact within assigned business streams.
Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and documentation to employees and managers.
Respond to HR inquiries and assist with resolving policy and procedural issues from assigned email inboxes.
Employee Relations and Development:
Support onboarding activities, orientations, and conduct training sessions for employees.
Assist in developing the company’s salary structure, job documentation, and evaluation systems.
Provide HR consultation to management, offering advice on employment law, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Partner with local management to encourage open, honest communication and foster a positive work environment.
HR Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; conduct regular reviews of policies and practices to maintain regulatory alignment.
Manage employment verification checks and handle invoice coding.
Employee Issues and Investigations:
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex or sensitive matters as needed.
Talent and Performance Management:
Execute HR programs related to performance, productivity, recognition, and morale.
Support performance evaluations and assist managers in the employee review process as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Maintain awareness of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Additional Duties:Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned to support smooth HR operations.QualificationsAbout youRequired Skills/Abilities:

This is an onsite role at our Middletown, PA or Stratford, CT.Working conditionsPhysical Demands:
Ability to sit at a desk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities.
Ability to use and view a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to communicate via telephone and e-mail without assistance.
