What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: Hourly=Bonus equating to $70,000-$120,000+ yr. based on qualifications and experience

Monday–Friday Work Week: Enjoy your weekends and holidays off!

Preferred Qualifications:

Positive & Professional Attitude: Self-motivated and consistent work ethic

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain diagnostics and repairs clearly to customers (both in writing and verbally)

Diagnostic & Repair Expertise: Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain Toyota, Honda, and Subaru vehicles at the highest quality—first-time fixes with no comebacks

ASE Certification: ASE certification in 2 or more categories preferred

Factory Training: Subaru, Honda, or Toyota training certifications are a plus

Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional automotive education is a plus

Experience: At least 1 year of experience working on Toyota, Honda, or Subaru vehicles; factory or dealership experience is an advantage

Clean Driving Record: Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record prior to hire

Responsibilities:

Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for Toyota, Honda, and Subaru vehicles to dealership-quality standards

Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and services in a way they can understand

Safety: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean work environment

Efficiency: Utilize hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance efficiently

Digital Inspections: Complete digital vehicle inspections, providing clear, detailed reports to customers
