Position Overview:
As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by engaging directly with potential clients through door-to-door outreach. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world sales experience, enhance your communication skills, and earn substantial income based on your results.
Key Responsibilities:
Door-to-Door Outreach: Visit local businesses and residential areas to introduce our products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
Product Promotion: Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of our steel fabrication services.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Feedback Reporting: Provide weekly updates and insights to the sales management team.
Continuous Improvement: Refine field tactics based on management coaching and feedback.
Compensation:
Commission: Earn a 5% commission on each sale. With an average deal size of $10,000 - $15,000, you have the potential to earn $500 - $750 per sale and sometimes more for larger jobs.
Qualifications:
Enrollment: Must be a current student at California State University, Chico or Butte College. Be prepared to provide ID.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Reliability: Dependable and able to commit to a consistent schedule.
Transportation: Access to reliable transportation for door-to-door visits.
Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
