Phan Property Management, a property management and all real estate services serving 25 years in Los Angeles and Orange county. We currently have an immediate opening for a plumber.

Job Description:

Unclog mainline and all plumbings like toilet, kitchen sink, vanity sink, and bathtubs. Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum three years of experiences. Salary will be $25-35/hr. based on experience. We have full time position, part time, or as needed. We are looking for a dedicated individual who has a passion in plumbing only. Benefit will include two weeks paid vacation, five days sick leave, and major holiday paid per year for payroll employee.
