South Maui Fish Co IS HIRING

SMFC is hiring! We don't normally do this, as most people stick around here for the great money and awesome work environment. But we have someone moving to the mainland soon and need to staff up for busy season.

We are a fresh fish only food truck in busy Kihei that has a small menu and short services. We only serve fresh local caught fish, and we've been doing it here for 10 years next month.

I'm looking to fill a roll for my PM shifts, and training would start ASAP. An experienced cook is preferred. We are high volume, and we make all our food to order. I'm looking to fill 4-5 shifts a week, and they start at 3pm and go til about 9pm. Small kine prep, followed by a 3-hour service, then breakdown and head home. Health insurance if you work enough shifts, great pay (usually $30+ an hour), and opportunities to pick up extra shifts to cover.
