In this role, you will provide expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics repair and maintenance of flight test, production, and fielded aircraft. Develop installation and checkout procedures for FCS hardware and software. Briefs pilots and maintainers on production operation's troubleshooting, maintenance practices and capability roadmap. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of aeronautical engineering, model-based design software, MatLab, understanding of SCF and FMET Best practices. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering, Software, or other related engineering degree or related engineering or technical field.Relevant coursework/knowledge in Flight Dynamics and/or Control SystemsExperience programming with MATLAB (Simulink)Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $55,300 - $106,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
