The Business Operations Associate will support the Private Client Investment Associate organization in both the day to day support of the organization and its strategic initiatives. They will do so from both from a tactical and strategic perspective through strategy development, data analytics, program management, executive reporting and driving execution of key priorities. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility and comfort with ambiguity and a rapid pace of change, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with various businesses and functional areas. The individual must be strategic and innovative in their approach to their work.Job responsibilities
Act as the key driver for high priority initiatives working across multiple stakeholders:
Drive prioritization, implementation and measurement of key priorities, goals, and targets for the business. This includes managing projects that impact Private Client Investment Associates and their management
Effectively strategize and develop implementation plans for key initiatives
Identify risk and escalate issues quickly and appropriately, helping to resolve with solution-focused mindset
Create business analysis and recommendations in support of senior decision making
Develop internal communications pieces and content for executive presentation, business reviews, executive leadership conferences, townhalls, field visits, and advisor calls
Build relationships across functions and LOBs to enable the business to achieve its objectives and to ensure initiatives are executed as planned in a properly controlled manner
Assist in prioritization, implementation and measurement of key priorities, goals, and targets for the business
Demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and skills; seek to continuously improve standards of work, address opportunities for development.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
4+ years of prior experience in financial services industry in wealth management or investments organizations
A track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
Must be a self-starter with strong critical thinking and analytical skills and disciplined execution mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of organization
Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills in written form and verbally
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple activities with tight deadlines
Self-motivated, driven, positive, team-player with unwavering personal integrity
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, resourcefulness and independence to manage a variety of assignments concurrently
Knowledge of the Chase Wealth Management, Global Wealth Management, and/or Consumer Banking business models, organization structure and performance metrics preferred
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
