Monitor all air-conditioning and heating systems at hangar location
Monitor fire control and alarm systems
Supervise custodial personnel
Supervise landscaping, sprinkler repair and mowing
Respirator fit tester
Coordinate special work performed by contractors
Work with vendors for special parts
Monitor hazard waste disposal
Order supplies and special services for hangar
Repair small electrical, plumbing and air problems
Monitor and ensure equipment such as lifts, ladders, work stands, etc. are safe operative condition
General repairs and maintenance of the facility
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 18 year of age
Good communication skills
Possess a valid driver's license
Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints
Self-motivated
Team Player
Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
Physical and Other Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably
