We are currently seeking to fill the following position for ourBuffalolocation. CNC MACHINIST – 2NDSHIFT KTC offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical and dental options and benefit waiver payments if benefits aren’t needed, a vacation “bonus” when on vacation, in addition to providing uniforms, safety shoes and prescription safety glasses if needed. DESCRIPTION The CNC Machinist 2nd shift will report directly to the Machine Shop Manager. This position will be an integral part of our growing, state-of-the art, machine shop, with 5 new machines in the last 3 years and another scheduled to be installed next year. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude who will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up, load and operate various 5 axis machines in cellular configuration

Participate in lean, continuous improvement and six sigma work teams

Be familiar with safety policies and procedures

Work safe and participate in safety meetings

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with 5 axis machines (3 or more years preferred –salary based on experience)

Must be able to read prints and do basic shop math

Trade school or higher level education preferred
